Since you know the anatomy thing I will not mention that part xD
But since you got into shading, I would love to see it more bold, like her sash could be more shaded and defined. Maybe adding a texture of sorts with highlights as well, like fur or something. And the necklace is coming along great, but it could you more defined highlights, same goes for the earrings. With more detail they will appear more metallic then just placed there, since it seems to blend in too much to the skin.
Again, I know it was a sketch and all, it was just one of my favorite of your works so I would love it to be better someday xD Plus its to be fair for the awesome comment you left on my drawing. Thanks again.
No problem at all^^ it helps me see things better for giving better critiques. And no problem about not mentioning it, I figured you knew it was stylized anyway, so I didn't want to tell you something you already know xD Plus, I figured people who didn't read your description said it anyway O.o
i must say you have an absolutely incredible style to your artwork :3 this piece in particular is really beautiful, i love the tones and the sylised feel to it, especially the shape of her face and features. really gorgeous <3
I love it. This is easily one of my favorites from your gallery. I love your style for all your different characters, and the way you put this piece together is amazing. Honestly, I wish my classroom sketches turned out as fantastic as yours do! Her hair is definitely a main focus from my point of view, and I quite adore the different curls in it. It kind of reminds me of a stylized rose. I know that probably wasn't an intention of yours, but I liked the effect it has on the over all image. The faces you draw absolutely captivate me. I love the style you've created. It seems to be a mix of everything from Disney to realism to anime... whichever way you created it, I love it. The jewelry is another thing I feel I must comment on from this deviation. It's simple enough to not distract from the main focus of the image, but detailed and fancy enough to really add the perfect touch.
Honestly, over all this piece is just thrilling! I love it! ^^
Aww, that was such a nice comment! Thank you so much. x3
Haha, I didn't intend for the hair to be quite as detailed, but as I applied the light shade I thought it should have some more shadows, but at the end I didn't feel like it was that great. I'm glad you liked it though! Makes me feel much better, really. And thank you for your input on the jewelery as well!
love it! very nice shading. <3 and I don't see any anatomy problems. if they're there, you camouflaged them very well. C: I like the kind of coffee color it has. makes it look like a very old photo. keep up the great work!
