Outstanding! I hope I have a computer again by then! (I'm typing this on my Playstation because computer died. This is my third attempt because the Playstation is crap at this. Not a major complaint - it's not why I got the thing.)
I love the fact that Vince is literally set apart from everything around him. The kids are obviously separate, but Vicky's parasol not only shadows her but its shape and placement cause it to act as a literal barrier between them. Even the colors of his clothes - their clothes all match the earth tones of the immediate surroundings, while Vince's don't match them at all - they match the sky above. You always put such subtle details in your images, now I'm looking for them all the time. ^_^
Dah, thank you so much for your sweet words! Especially since you had to write this so many times!!
I really appreciate your keen eye, dah! That's honestly why I decided to cloth him in blue (other than the fact that... I really love blue), it makes him stand out from everybody else (like a LOSER)! This was so sweet and affirming to read, thank you again!
I will try to keep up. I'm sorry I've been away for so long - I just got my new computer and it's more or less working. ^_^
I really love the details of your work though. There's so obviously thought put into it. Even if it's just a little bit of thought, it's endearing to know artists think we'll pick up on subtle stuff. (I'm technically an artist, but I only write words. You make images, well above my semi-artistic soul.)
