Whoo, finally finished! This is for the :iconmissocpageant: contest, and the first round is evening gown.

I looked at a lot of different dresses and designs from the Victorian era to come up with this. It was fun to do. And I'm sorry for my two commissioners who are still waiting on me to finish! I am still working on them.

Not much to say other than Victoria is pretty cocky and she's absolutely positive she'll win. What a bitch. )<

And thank you to everyone who helped me with the colors, you guys are fantastic and lovely people. :hug:

I looked at your previous post, I think this one is the best *_* The blue is absolutely stunning on the red gown, and your shading is so awesome, I especially like how you shade skin.

oh, this turned out gorgeous! Victoria looks even more elegant than normal. <3 the colors are wonderful; I especially love the little bits of green. great job, and good luck in the contest!
