Whoo, finally finished! This is for the
 contest, and the first round is evening gown.I looked at a lot of different dresses and designs from the Victorian era to come up with this. It was fun to do. And I'm sorry for my two commissioners who are still waiting on me to finish! I am still working on them. Not much to say other than Victoria is pretty cocky and she's absolutely positive she'll win.
